Wow, it was a lot of work to register onto this site. Just wanted to say that:
Lexapro is pretty much the only SSRI that is overdosed. There is a lot of evidence that 5mg's will be almost if not as effective as 10mg's. Increasing the dose past 5mg's seems to increase side effects more than anything.
Don't have time to provide sources, but PubMed is always a click away for those who are interested. (There are also a lot of great posts on the topic by the poster Ex Dubio at Mind and Muscle as well)
