So she has you on Wellbutrin and zoloft is it? No pain med?

pain and fatigue are the SNRIs with the extra NRI effect, but I am not going near those with a 10' pole. Why? Just curious. I found pristiq or
effexor easier to take than doxepin (or flexeril, a close relative of tca's). I admit to being off of them, snri's, though they helped for awhile, they seem to create mood instability for me. I'm still not sure.Wellbutrin doesn't cut it for me anymore. At least as of two years ago. And ultram er? Or is that another set of problems?
