Hi,

I am 5'11, and 181lbs. I think my BMI is just above 25. Not terrible, but I want to lose the "belly fat" and get lean. I did WW before and lost about 60 lbs, but I just want to do that again. I am following the same practices, just not tracking points, etc. I am doing strength training + cardio, so I know that my "pounds" won't go as fast due to the added muscle, but my belly will come and go.

My appetite is not "abnormal" I guess.. I like to eat and always have, even when I was thin. But, I limit myself.

I definitely don't starve myself and also splurge a little bit once or twice a week. (Nothing too crazy.)

Thanks!
