As a newcomer to Nardil, you should be more careful until you know exactly how your body will react to a dose of tyramine. Tyramine content in various foods can vary and our bodies response to the substance can vary. I've read that norepinephrine, such as in the tricyclic nortripyline can actually reduce our susceptibility to a hypertensive episode from MAOIs. I won't be the one to test this, however.
At least two of the foods you mentioned, cheddar and swiss cheese can have very high tyramine content. I will have a small bite of these, but that is it. I have never had a problem with the pepperoni on pizza. I can east mass quantities of mozzarella cheese and also some Jack cheeses. But with the two cheeses you mentioned, you are playing with fire!
