please, quick pain advice: gp at 3:40

I'm having severe back pain. I can't go thru the weekend.
I see my new gp emergency. Question is to start amytriplene however spelled.
I have a big bottle of norco, but don't want to go there. Will if have to.
So amytrip--can it help today? Tonight? Tomorrow?
Tues start emsam. I am getting
desperate & crazed.
Current meds:
Lyrica 2x75mg (down from 4x. Suicidal thoughts. Dropping it.)
Norco 10mg 3x daily (don't want to incur withdrawal today.)
Xanax, no specified limit. Never more than 2.0 mg usually 1-1.5mg
I'm afraid if I start amitrip that my pdoc won't start emsam.
Just trying to keep on keeping on.
Thoughts? Please?
