1. is the development rapid?
2. have you tested any of them, do that have normal total-body sodium? or are you seeing a notable difference? higher or lower than norms?
3. are they able to just do an oral water replacement? or do they over-do the intake?

i would look at the osmolarity thresholds vs sodium as asymptomatic may have normal or close to normal levels.

sorry dont know more to help out.
