Are you doing anything for the TD? There's some indication that melatonin, b6, vitamins e+c, niacinamide, and some other nutritional supplements can help ease TD, especially if you haven't had it for too long.
Anyway, you might want to consider a mix of mood stabilizers. Some people respond well to Lithium+lamictal or depakote+lamictal. I've read that high doses of Lamictal can have anti-manic and anti-psychotic effects, but if you're prone to mania your doc will probably want to put you on some sort of anti-manic as well, probably either some sort of anti-convulsant or Lithium. Lithium isn't exactly the easiest drug in the world to take, but if you keep the dose reasonable and keep up with your labs it can make a big difference in your quality of life. In addition to anti-manic effects, it can help with depression, too.
Sorry about your TD+medication sensitivity. I hope you're able to avoid ECT.
