I'm not sure what you mean. Right now I'm inclined to see this answer in two ways, the first reflecting your own difficulties with the substance, and the second as an ironic statement negatively judging stimulant therapy. Since I do not know you and can't otherwise gauge the meaning, I don't find this comment helpful.
