Thanks :) I'm going to try Lyrica. And I think your point about under-treated depression is really good. I still think I want to try a maoi. Asap, I want to be on Emsam. And hopefully Lyrica will help (pain can get triggered when I experience emotional spikes as well.) If this fails, I'll try the tca's.

(My pdoc doesn't like to use maois. It was a verbal wrestling match to get his agreement. I sure hope I get some relief--and I can start using the behaviors that will help me feel better! Like leaving the house... :)
