If you are after pain relief, Id look into desipramine. MAOIs already push GABA a bit.
Although, if you have fibro pain it may be coming from under-treated depression and treating the depression may resolve the pain.
Im on wellbutrin / zoloft and thats helped my pain. Seems that mine came from depression itself =(
