I have read some studies using risperidone for OCD. Positive results were seen, but I don't recall the statistics of efficacy. However, risperidone seemed to be superior to the other APs. Some work is now being done looking at combining fluvoxamine and risperidone. My guess is that paliperidone (Invega) would act very similarly to risperidone since it is the primary active metabolite.
