Even though antipsychotics are commonly used for OCD, any such use is "off-label," so its hard to say "take this one," since none of them are FDA approved for OCD.

I personally take Abilify for Bipolar I. In my own experience, Abilify has fewer side effects than risperidone. I've never taken Invega, so I have no idea how the side-effects would compare; I would imagine they'd be comparable to side effects from the Risperidone.
