> sorry for the late reply. Not sure why I didn't reply before, I'm sure I did in my head. What are your main symptoms. I've seen you've been here before me, so I don't think I don't know what you are trying to get rid of, but judging by the meds it sounds like a treatment resistant MDD.
Hi.
I am pretty sure that I have an unusual form of biplar disoder. People like me, who have experienced various presentations of episodes like me who never experience spontaneous manic breakthroughs, usually in conjunction with and are left to languish in a state of perpetual psychic pain along with major cognitive dysfuntion. Major Depressive Disorder and the depression associated with a bipolar diathesis look very similar. Yet, it is important to not characterize both MDD and BD and being manifestations of the same disease. Since the ealy 1995treat these patients differently than bipolar disorder.
You should start a thread regading how many people have ever been rapid cyclers (4 or more affective episodes per year) Of these people, you can get a count of how many people are currently experiencing. To witness Rapid cyclicity is to witness a dramatic precipation mood swing that occurs incdependant of environmental
Interestingly, rapid cyclicity does not have to be a stable and pervasive indefinitely. Cycling sometimes drifts or can appear for the first time. Rapid cyclicity occurs more often in females. Rapid cycling can sometime be abolished using drugs like lithium or perhaps agomelatine.

I dream of things that never were and ask why not.
