Amisulpride vs Mirapex

Posted by roscopeeco on December 27, 2010, at 9:56:17

I have yet to determine the differences between the two. I know one promotes antagonism and the other agonism, but both increase dopamine. I need help in figuring this out. Supposedly Amisulpride increases dopamine activity at low doses and the reverse at higher does. Mirapex does not show this dose specific variation. How does one go about choosing which would be a better augmenting agent?
