You are probably correct. I would think the most likely culprit is the a2 antagonism. That's why it feels like adrenaline, because it is. I could never figure out how such a mechanism could be part of an anti-anxiety med. I don't know how it adjusts over time, but I guess it does.

Whether to stay with it or not, I don't know. If it were me, I would be reducing the dose to 1/2 pill twice a day instead of a whole pill twice a day.

Better than that though, I would have done Lemon Balm, Passionflower, and Skullcap....individually and combined trials...before even thinking about a med.
