> Sorry to butt in, sounds like what happened when i tried remeron, it started to work a week and a half later than stopped. 5 HT2C antagonism is great, but I think sometimes you need an increase in serotonin to keep it from pooping out. Perhaps 5 HT1a agonism keeps the dopamine norepinephrine disinhibition going?
Hey, butt in whenever you like! :)
You got me thinking, esp as theres only so much of an assortment of meds my doc will give me-and rightly so. HOWEVER, one drug available OTC is diphenhydramine, and its said to be a SRI. How specific and how potent I dont know, but i might be a possible candidate in your theory that a serotonin enhancer might keep a 5 HT2C antagonist from poopin out. What ya think?U.K.resedent
