Sorry to butt in, sounds like what happened when i tried remeron, it started to work a week and a half later than stopped. 5 HT2C antagonism is great, but I think sometimes you need an increase in serotonin to keep it from pooping out. Perhaps 5 HT1a agonism keeps the dopamine norepinephrine disinhibition going?
