I've been doing some searches on combining antipsychotics when I came across a little fact that something like >90% of people prescribed antipsychotics in Japan are on at least 2.
Here in N.America, there are trials beginning to emerge, and it looks like the combination of either clozapine + risperdal or olanzapine + risperdal have some kind of promise. Nothing really *amazing*, but I will say from my subjective experience, combining olanzapine and risperdal has rescued me in very difficult times.
