I did horribly at 100 pristiq. I'm now at 50 and looking at cymbalta (for pain, ptsd, depression). I don't understand the chemistry. I was able to tolerate a relatively higher dose of effexor.
As for ssri's they don't cut it, it seems, and I always seem to need low doses. Straight nri was just h*ll.
Though we respond so differently, I'll be happy to share my cymbalta experience--if it occurs.
