Yes, I think I recall stimulants failing you as well as opoids or opiates.
This might be more of the same, however, have you looked at tramadol? If not, read the wiki entry.
How long until pristiq pooped? Did you take it to 100?
I thought effexor had an xr version now, but I might be making that up.
