Consistent mood changes during then day

Posted by alchemy on October 26, 2010, at 14:43:17

sorry to add another post on this subject.
some have a worsening of mood of the circadian rhythm in the:
- morning - afternoon - evening

Has anyone had success with adjusting their sleep schedule, even with a one or two day alteration?

Currently, mine starts to decline around noon-ish?

But on the other hand, I went through a phase with always waking up with extreme anxiety at 5:30- no matter what time I went to bed!

I am still interested in trying Valdoxan (agomelatine) that Ron suggested.
