No wonder the patients just sat there drooling. I have been on 50 mg of Thorazine and it was very good for calming me and keeping hallucinations at bay (when I am REALLY depressed I suffer from hallucinations).
I think like all meds, some people will respond well to the older APs while others will respond to the new generation of APs.
