Why won't these suicidal ideations go away?

I have OCD. I've conquered many obsessions, however I can't seem to shake my obsession about suicide. Currently I'm treating my OCD with Anafranil, Invega and Ativan. I've tried a ton of different medications to augment my current treatment: Topemax, Rilutek, Keppra, Gabitril, Clonidine, Namenda, Odansetron, Opiates and Dextroamphetamine. Nothings working! Do I have to spend the rest of my life thinking about suicide half the day? Ugh, I hope not. I would appreciate any kind of input you fellow Babblers might have.
