Hi Enigma,
I'm surprised the headaches have continued. I thought they would have stopped by now. Regular use of pain relievers can cause headache to become chronic so you probably shouldn't continue the Vicodin. Plain acetaminophen is less likely to induce chronicity than Vicodin, but regular use is still not recommended for headaches. It's OK for a couple of weeks though.

Since no help from omeprazole, you could try a different PPI such as lansoprazole. If it doesn't help, metoclopramide (Reglan) might reduce the nausea. Metoclopramide also seems to relieve certain types of vascular headache. It is not recommended for long term use. I'm sure they've tested for H. Pylori and told you to avoid ibuprofen and other NSAIDs.
>I looked up IBS, NOT one site (real sites, mayo clinic, etc) said it causes STOMACH pain and acid, abdominal pain, constipation and diarrhea sure, but not one time did it mention nausea (which started a week ago), or stomach (entire stomach) pain.
IBS-like symptoms which affect the stomach are sometimes called 'functional dyspepsia'.
>About these attacks - You feel like something is "wrong". Nothing happened.. You're watching tv, playing a video game... Doesn't matter I guess. The worst one I had, I was playing a video game. Suddenly, my eyes started to cross, and everything went blurry.
Maybe a long shot but have you ever had an EEG? Perhaps some temporal lobe seizure activity was occuring.
