Unluckily Nardil and Emsam are not available in my country, just tranylcypromine.

I will try taking the 30mg Parnate two hours before going to bed tomorrow. If the drug works for SA & depression, but the sedation persists for the next weeks I'll beg my Pdoc for Modafinil or Ritalin.
