Nothing yet, here's some drugs in the pipeline though: http://www.neurotransmitter.net/newdrugs.html

I have inattentive ADD, and for me Focalin and Dexedrine were the 2 that worked the best with the fewest side effects. Vyvanse is more or less the same drug as Dexedrine.
