Yeah I've heard mostly bad things from those switching from Dexedrine to Vyvanse, unfortunately. Dexedrine 10 mg extended-release capsules always worked very well for me too.To the OP: another possible option is Aricept. Its an Alzheimer's drug and I've only heard of a couple people taking it for ADD, usually as an add-on with a stimulant.
Or, have you tried: selegeline (deprenyl/Emsam), L-Tyrosine, DLPA, or nootropics like piracetam? I can't think of much else if you've been through all those, I'd try to find ways/medications to help mitigate the side effects of Strattera or Desipramine.
