anti-cholinergic AD's = therapeautic efficacy

Posted by rovers95 on July 14, 2010, at 12:44:32

Do the anti-cholinergic side effects of drugs (particulary tricyclics) contribute to their efficacy?

I found a paper suggesting they did (but know i cant find it!!), but do these effects dissipate with time?

cheers
