I understand you take Seroquel for the treatment of bipolar depression. Doses between 300 mg and 600 mg are needed. The usual side effects of Seroquel are sedation, fatigue and weight gain (tolerable, not like Zyprexa). The sedation is worst with the XR version because it stays in your blood all day long.
