Seroquel side effects

Hi
Am taking Seroquel for bipolar depression as well as usual Lithium/Tegretol
I experience absolutely no side effects from Seroquel.
Everyone tells me how sedating it is??
What are other experiences on this drug?
Wondering now if it is actually working
