But did you get butterflies in your stomach? I've found that the mellowing quality of Inderal can be overcome by environmental stress/stimulation, but my adrenaline is still blocked. Situations where I would usually experience a rush of butterflies in my stomach are now not so intimidating. For the first time in my life I have the luxury of being able to make decisions based on the facts instead on adrenaline.
And to answer your question, 160 is the upper limit. I take 60 twice a day.
