Propranolol for video game excitement

I took 60 mg Inderal LA the other day hoping it would keep me nice and calm for the day and night, but when I played videogame I found I was sweaty, had muscle tenseness and was just generally very jittery despite the Inderal.

Does this mean I need more Inderal?
