I replied (yesterday) to you babblemail asking about clomipramine + Paxil, which I would not recommend. Did you receive my message?

Due to its various drug interactions, certain meds should not be combined with Paxil.

If you wanted to combine nortriptyline with Paxil, a very low starting dose of nortriptyline would be appropriate.

Mirtazapine (Remeron) can be combined with Paxil. Have you tried it?
