Well my pcp wrote scrip for flexeril. Jeepers--I took one early evening as soon as my husband came home, because I didn't know what to expect.
It did not put me to sleep--however, I feel that I slept very deeply (I am very often aware that I am sleeping). Waking up was AWFUL! I felt so strange, and I actually asked my husband if my face looked funny. It's taken until about 2:00pm my time for the sensations to clear. While having a more relaxed neck and back is good, I found my thoughts going to those familiar bad places they can go.
In a nutshell: not so good.
