You've taken it before and know how it works so I don't think there is a problem. Most doctors these days don't have any idea of how Nardil works anyway. You probably would know more than most you would meet with.
My grandmom had to have a surgery and come off nardil but no one at the hospital including the surgeons or the anesthisiologist knew anything about it.
If you know it works I would stick with it.
