Best immediate thing to try that I can think of without upsetting the cart very much is to add Nortriptyline to it. It goes very well with zoloft usually, speeding onset when started together, reversing poopout, and providing a more complete long lasting therapy. Definitely worth a shot before doing anything else more drastic. I mean, I could think of a lot of different ways to go at this point, but I can't think of a single thing better than adding nort.
