Sertraline (Poop-out)

Hi,
I've been taking Sertraline (zoloft) for the last 2 months and it just stopped working (poop-out).
Sertraline has done wonders for me and it was the only thing that was effective with my depression .
i've talked to my Doctor about my problem and he suggested that i may up the dose from 50 mg to 100mg
doing so didnt help me at all now im getting headaches
Coffee helped but it was only temporarly .
i dont know what the problem is it used to work now it doesnt
has anyone experienced this before? any advices?
