Feverfew seemed to reduce some of the side effects from the SSRI. It seemed to have an antianxiety and sleep promoting effect.

Studies suggest it has actions as a 5-ht2a/b antagonist.

I was taking it for headaches and on a theoretical basis of improved antidepressant effect.

Can't remember the exact dose, it was one capsule maybe 550mg (I don't know if that sounds right).
