i got shivering when i was on paroxetine. i take it as a sign that someone is very neurologically ill for the long haul.

recall that 5-ht1a is also a very important autoreceptor, autoreceptor sensitisation may be important in some cases. a case of a woman responding to melatonin at 3mg and buspirone 5mg where everything else has failed has prompted me to prepare for a trial of buspirone + melatonin (75mg to hopefully speed up response/resensitisation). i hope it works. i conceptualise my issues as some complex of hyperserotonergic and/or hypodopaminergic and/or hypogabaergic........ hell.
