I would go with Lamictal. When I started taking it it really boosted my mood. I've heard that people have tried it for depression when they don't respond to SSRIs. I have been on Lamictal and Seroquel for years and it has been a very good combination for me. I have no side effects with Lamictal. Of course, it is different for everyone.

I don't know much about Parnate, but isn't it an MAOI, and don't MAOIs require diet restrictions and stuff? I'm not sure if this is true, but if it is then this would definitely make me lean toward trying Lamictal first.
