If it means anything I take all 4 of those meds. Albeit only 100mg of Seroquel (for sleep) and currently just 10mg of Parnate (hoping to raise that to 30 when I see him on monday). Also take a small dose of lithium.

If I had to choose I'd probably pick Lamictal despite the fact you have to titrate slowly. So far the Parnate effect has been mild - but again I'm on a super small dose at the moment....
