Hi.I don't know what are the ratios, but Parnate might possibly inhibit dopamine deamination somewhat more than it does serotonin or norepinephrine. Parnate is only slightly more potent at MAO-B than MAO-A. Regarding its potency, Parnate will inhibit the MAO found in the blood at nearly 100% at higher dosages. My guess is that the same thing occurs in the brain. For the most part, I would consider Parnate to be non-selective for the MAO isoenzymes. However, the drug has amphetamine-like properties that some people describe as being a dopaminergic effect.
