Are you in therapy right now? Are you able to afford it or do you have insurance that would cover it? I know a lot of people don't think therapy helps. There is EMDR that could really help you with your PTSD. Or, neurofeedback, but that may cost money as well.
I definitely think you need the right medication combo. Hopefully you find it soon. I am struggling to find it as well. I just popped 200 mgs of Zoloft instead of 150 just for sh*ts and giggles. I felt like 200 was too much in the past but I feel so bad now maybe my damaged brain won't be as sensitive to it.
What about Nardil? Isn't it supposed to be really good for anxiety?
So you are on SJW right now along with the neurontin?
I've heard Lyrica can help with the anxiety. It is supposed to be more powerful than Neurontin. It would also help with your pain.
It sounds like you have a lot to be depressed about. I can relate to some of the physical things.
Again, if you have the money, it might be worth researching platelet rich plasma and seeing if there is a doctor in your area that performs this treatment.
I feel truly feel for you and hope you find some relief soon.
