Thanks, Deneb! Temporal Lobe Epilepsy is a type of electrical dysfunction of the brain that effects any part of the Temporal Lobes and may effect vision, hearing, memory and affect. People with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy are sometimes misdiagnosed as having psychiatric illness, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or ADHD. Temporal Lobe Epilepsy is treated with anticonvulsants.
