However, even that's enough to make me feel drowsy, amotivational and antisocial the following day - the "blunting" effect Jay describes I think.
I was actually given it by a neuro to help with a movement disorder, not by a pdoc. Initially it was terrific for sleep and helped a little with fluoxetine-induced anxiety.
However, it didn't help one iota with the movement disorder and I really hate the doziness and "meh" feeling the following day.
