I don't know about the delirium part, that sounds a bit concerning.... but most antipsychotics have a potential side effect called "blunting", which is actually part of their point, they are supposed to slow down certain Dx activity, but there can be a dazed feeling of being a bit out of the moment.
Its an unfortunate part of them but combined with other medications for example like Wellbutrin (not everyone can do this), one may be able to attain some uplifting feelings.
The actual loss of pleasure by loss of dopamine is usually strongest with the older typical antipsychotics from what I've heard.
