Milo,
It was great to hear from you and a bit of a surprise. I came upon this forum while searching some other related topics. Your words from so many years ago came up in the search. It seemed quite serendipitous that three of the four drugs in the original title of your post had become such pivotal players in my wife's drama.
I'm so glad to hear that you are well. The way that old post was written seemed so reckless to me mainly because those benzos have caused such a havoc in our life. I felt compelled to write. I also have been a long time proponent of meditation and yoga and have a nice collection of books on Eastern philosophy. These are all valid avenues to pursue when on the road to inner peace. I am sincerely happy that you got in contact with yourself.
Here is wishing you continued tranquility and peace of mind. By the way (on a totally different topic) my Dad used to have a great German Shepherd named Milo many, many years ago. My Dad is 87 years old now. I had never heard that name other than stories about his dog.
Take care...
