I take 50mg (sometimes 75mg) Nortriptyline at 7pm and I have not had one bit of insomnia from Parnate.

The Parnate also seems to neutralize the usual side effects of Nortrip like carb hunger.

I am going to increase my Parnate to 70mg. and hope it doesn't cause insomnia. But, so far, so good! The nortriptyline is great, even though I also take 200mg/day Provigil. No insomnia!
