The only difference I do notice is that I don't feel tired the next day even if I only slept 2-3 hours. Before, I used to just nap like crazy and sleep the whole day. But not anymore on Parnate. Well, at least so far..

That's how parnate, without the trilafon, worked for me. No sleep, but wide awake all day, no naps. But after 48 hours with no sleep, I felt, psychologically done in. I don't like being up when my husband and the whole world are asleep. With the trilafon, I started sleeping normally -- down at 11:30, up at 6:00-7:00. This feels much healhier emotionally.
