I doubt you will see where results for clinical trials are published for a while. If they show efficacy they will appear in a journal probably and a new Phase (I,II,II) trial will start.

Otherwise it will probably come out eventually that the initial Phase trial did not work, caused substantial side effects, or showed no efficacy.

I don't think its instant.
